This page describes information handled by the Notehouse website. It is separate from the documentation that will accompany the software.

When you visit

Vercel hosts this website and processes technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect it. This site does not add advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

When you ask for release news

The release form collects your email address and the time you sign up. These are stored in private Vercel storage and used by Brian McElroy to contact you about the first Notehouse release. Submitting the form does not send a confirmation email.

The server uses your IP address briefly in memory to limit repeated form submissions. It is not included in your saved signup record.

Your choices

You can ask Brian to remove your signup at any time by emailing bdmcelroy@gmail.com. Signup records will be removed within 30 days after the release announcement, unless you separately ask to receive future updates.

Your notes

This website does not connect to your notes or upload a vault. Optional AI tools in the software have their own data handling; those details will be documented with the public release.
